IT'S A WRAP FOR NKPR'S IT LOUNGE!

The final day of the IT Lounge was icy cool thanks to visits from some of Canada’s biggest on-ice celebrities, including Toronto Maple Leafs Keith Aulie and Jay Rosehill, Canadian national women’s hockey team players Jennifer Botterill and Tessa Bonhomme, who was joined by her Battle of the Blades 2 partner Olympic gold-medalist David Pelletier.

Also gliding into the lounge? Actress Polly Shannon, ET Canada correspondent Rosey Edeh, Jane McLean (The Time Traveler’s Wife), Paula Bracanti (Being Erica), Tré Armstrong (So You Think You Can Dance Canada) and Dayo Ade (Degrassi: The Next Generation).

NKPR’s popular pop-up gifting suite was transported to another era, thanks to a Great Gatsby inspired makeover by designer Karen Sealy of Sealy Design Inc.

The lounge connected star-worthy finds from diverse brands (such as Canada’s RW&CO. and Italy’s Coccinelle) - all in support of international and local charities Artists for Peace and Justice (APJ) and Camp Oochigeas. In addition to donations from brand partners, NKPR’s “Follow for A Cause” campaign on Twitter helped raise an additional $2,500 for the children’s charities.
